Guided by our Whai Hononga Framework, a living document that lifts cultural competency, outlines our commitment to enhancing Te Ao Māori and Tikanga Māori within our workplace and strengthens engagement with Mana Whenua, Iwi and Hapū. Led by our Pou Tikanga, Deena Tapara Luke, we provide practical support—presentations, kupu hou, one‑to‑one mihimihi coaching, marae visit preparation, and on‑project advisory—so teams can engage confidently and respectfully.
