Stellar Projects provided Quantity Surveying services for the remediation of a 1990s classroom block at Kaitāia College, supporting delivery from detailed design through to final account, ensuring cost certainty, procurement rigour, and effective commercial management throughout the upgrade works.

A New Zealand-first trenchless stormwater upgrade beneath Auckland’s waterfront has doubled CBD capacity, improved flood resilience, and enabled renewal of aging assets. Stellar Projects led engineering, management, and stakeholder coordination on this award-winning infrastructure project for future city growth.

The Loop Road South Construction project delivers major safety upgrades at the SH1/SH15 intersection south of Whangārei. As Project Manager, Stellar Projects led bridge construction and complex ground improvements, enhancing safety, resilience, and efficiency for freight and regional traffic.
